At the moment I have added the doorbell to the homebase3 but now I cant seem to get the wireless chime included in the package to also work.
The only way I can seem to get the chime to work is to add the chime as a new HomeBase3 and link the doorbell to it - but that then wont use the homebase3 as storage. Is there a way to set this up correctly?
It seems odd that I can use the doorbell with the chime but then not the HomeBase3 included in the package or I can use the doorbell with the HomeBase3 but then not use the chime included in the package - I’m guessing there is something I’m missing.

Hi, it’s probably some quirk that eufy hasn’t figured out yet… I don’t have a homebase 3.
If you haven’t tried this yet…
Remove the doorbell and Wi-Fi chime from the homebase and the app also.
Now just add the Wi-Fi chime and then the doorbell to the App only ( + Device ) so you have them working together stand alone.
Now in the homebase3 Edge Connection see if you can join them.
Or see what option it gives you for those devices, like if it says Wi-Fi chime or doorbell… Do the Wi-Fi chime first and see how it just works out without the doorbell cam joined.
