I have seen that AI can be used to recognise the faces of people living in the household. Does this feature work with the Eufy 2c? If it does can anyone tell me how to adjust the relevant settings?

If you have the homebase 1 then this will work. They downgraded the ai in the second one so it does not have it.

Please noted that Homebase 1 is the only Homebase that supports the AI (Facial recognition feature) if you add the eufycam and eufycam E to the Homebase, the camera will support the face ID feature.
Please noted that the eufycam 2C camera only supports facial detection, so even the eufycam 2C added to the Homebase 1, the camera will only work for facial detection, not recognition.
