Hi,
I just bought a new eufi battery doorbell. Works great etc… but for doorbell rings when I first started using it it was also sending me a photo of the persons face. It has now stopped doing that and I only the the video.
Has anyone got any recommendations how I can fix this as the photo were handy ?

Have you checked your doorbell notification settings?
Click on the cogwheel for your device -> Notification. You need to have it set to either ‘Include Thumbnail’ or ‘Full Effect’ to include the thumbnail.
I have noticed the thumbnail is missing when using BT internet though so that could also be the issue…
