Is this a known issue: we’ve lots of cats in our neighborhood.
In the past year my 4 eufycam2 pro’s were very able to filter them out and they just alert us when humans are present.
Since this last update 90% of the passing cats are detected as humans.
Detection type is set to “only humans”.
4 cams present with all the same issues.
Someone knows how to solve this, or do I have to wait till the next firmware and hope…?

When is the detection happening?
If it is at night, the camera switches to all motion due to low light and it may be picking them up due to that. If it is during the day it may be another issue.
It may be an necessary detection unless you reset some of your detection settings…
I think, this problem is solved.
The wrong detections happens during daytime.
But a few weeks ago, we had some very windy days. 3 of the 4 cams were tilted after the heavy winds.
Reassembled them again and since this action, no false detections anymore. Hope…
Grat on getting them fixed. I think it is funny how some folks at times are asking the cam to be held on with magnets
