Alexa won’t recognize

I have updated and reset everything multiple times, I have redone the skill multiple times, I have put open a call to Alexa customer service. Idk what else to do. I’m about ready to sell it and get a different brand, I was planning on only using this with Alexa devices so this is pointless at this point
