Just setup Eufy app several days ago (1 Homebase and 8 cameras) and all of sudden this afternoon I have “No devices yet” message on the app as if I never setup anything. Has anyone had this happen and is there a fix? Tried logging out and removed any shared devices and still nothing.
I have (1) Homebase 3, (1) Floodlight Cam E340, (4) S3 Pro Cameras & (2) Indoor Cam S350.
On the homepage of the app tap on your home and then select All Devices to see if your cams will show up?
I am thinking about someone you have been shared, who was playing around and remove device by accident.
Try to setup again. The base 3 must connected directly from the main rounder. The device must connect wifi 2.4g
I had already looked to see if all the devices were there and I did have it shared but as a guest only. I ended up re-adding all the devices over again. I hope it doesn’t happen again. Very strange how everything just disappeared like that. Thanks for the help.
