Does anyone know why all my videos would have disappeared?! I get notifications of a motion detected and when I go to look there is nothing. Go back days and they are all gone. Have had this product for around 10 months. Eufy support is useless and take days to reply! It’s basically like having no cameras at all!

I have not had that issue either with the HB1. I second @Haadsecure on pulling the SD card. I know this is a dumb questions but have you tried rebooting everything?
Yeah I’ve tried rebooting. It’s taking such a long time but apparently eufy are working on new firmware for me
