All of our camera dont have events and video playbacks, dont know why. I already restart the homebase and all the cameras ,i also uninstall the eufy app but doesnt solve the issue. Any help / advice will be appreciated.thank you

Strange? Did you or someone else turn off motion detection in settings? Also check under your home/away settings to see if something changed there. I have 9 of the E330 pro and have no issues with events.
side note just so you know Eufy for some reason discontinued the E330 pro recently I can’t find them anymore and I emailed them and they said they did in-fact discontinue them

Nope, no onse else have access to our cam except me.its strange because all of them dont have any recording or events,i can think maybe one of them dont work due to malfunction but for all of them not functioning i dont know what to think.

I report it to eufy they sent me new homebase 3. Seems like it resolve the issue.
Mine did this for a day, I power cycled both the homebase and my modem. Still having issues where events appear not to record for several hours but closing the app and reopening a few times refreshes everything.
It stops working again after few hours. So its not the homebase..its so frustrating.good thing i didnt take down all the cameras.
I had similar problems last year did the restart, power cycle, remove & reinstalling thing Eufy replaced home base didn’t get much better. Then I decided to replace my cable company supplied modem with a new one from the cable company (no charge) and everything has been working 98% since. I have a lot of cameras and other devices running on WiFi and the modem runs vert warm borderline Hot so I put a small computer fan on little stand offs underneath it and it runs cool now. I believe it’s helping very rarely do I have a connection issue. I put the fan on a smart plug so it turns on in the morning and off at night.
