Put one in my garage for my Amazon in garage deliveries. Can’t wait to talk to the next delivery guy and surprise him with a “SMILE”

is the sensitivity turned up?
It’s a bit strange that it was in color then went to b/w when he got closer, it seems to do the opposite on mine. I usually turn off b/w because our area is so well lit at night.
