Rain. This will trigger as motion. You could try turning off other motion and just leave humans, traffic, pets
Looks like a bug dust devil. That would be a lot of bugs though. But serously when my cameras wifi signal is weak moving objects leave streaks or ghosting effect. See if you can move your home base or wifi router to get a stronger signal to the camera.

I think fog or heavy mist I’ve seen it on my cameras. Up close to the lens everything looks huge especially spiders

Snow blowing by or rain, looks very similar to my cameras with the snow coming down.
Get this all the time especially with bad air alerts from fires in the area. Fog is a little less dense.
Mine do that every night. I usually change my cams from infrared to spotlight. You could try adjusting sensitivity but it may not help with that much movement. Rain, mist, dust, snow make my cams detect all sorts of movement from humans to pets and make them trigger vehicles thinking that my parked cars are moving.
