Rain. This will trigger as motion. You could try turning off other motion and just leave humans, traffic, pets

Looks like a bug dust devil. That would be a lot of bugs though. But serously when my cameras wifi signal is weak moving objects leave streaks or ghosting effect. See if you can move your home base or wifi router to get a stronger signal to the camera.

That’s the infrared night light that does that. I have the same. It picks the vapour particles reflecting…
I think fog or heavy mist I’ve seen it on my cameras. Up close to the lens everything looks huge especially spiders

Snow blowing by or rain, looks very similar to my cameras with the snow coming down.
Get this all the time especially with bad air alerts from fires in the area. Fog is a little less dense.
