Any ideas on the issue I’m getting trying to scan and manually enter the SN code for setup ?

Scan the QR code, or try a different phone operating system. Sometimes Android displays an error, but iOS doesn’t. If you can’t find the QR code on the device itself, open the device; there should be a scannable QR code on the motherboard.

Thanks…I deleted the app and restarted the setting up procedure and this solved the problem :+1:
