Any one have recommendations on my door bell cam the night vision and the 2 light that come on don’t seem to make it very clear it’s clear in the day tho so most be my settings

It looks like the light wall on the left darkens the rest of the view.

Hi, it appears that the night vision IR lights are reflecting off the side of your home, which is causing the darkness in centerview.
Going into the doorbell settings and try turning off Auto Night Vision to see how the picture looks.
Or you can try installing one of the provided mounting wedges to angle the doorbell away from the side of your home.

As others have said, the IR Lights are reflecting off of the wall and so the camera is dimming the image to prevent “white out” being caused by those reflections, but the byproduct is that the rest of the surrounding area is too dark.
The quicker test would be as someone suggested, try one of the 45 degree wedges provided by eufy to point the IR lights away from the wall.

Yep, as others have said it’s the wall. I have the same issue with my wall mounted camera, so angle it away from the wall a bit

It actually says somewhere basically that if you have outside lights on near the DB camera not to have night vision turned on It will not be as clear. I have porch lighting and have night vision off and the video is perfect at night
