Any suggestions on how i can get my doorbell cam to start recording earlier? I usually just get video of the package after it was dropped off 
I have adjusted sensitivity, angles and recording length! Thanks
Hi, how high do you have the camera mounted?
Eufy recommends at least 1.2m (48”) high off the ground for optimal viewing results.
I have mine actually at 58" height so maybe try raising yours higher may help.
That’s unusual. It should record even just the person in shot leaving it. As said previously, check the installation height and that a motion capture area hasn’t been accidentally set. That might cause it to only record when it detects a package. Otherwise it might need a hard reset and try installing again
Make sure you have it set to record motion but this will drain battery quicker
Eufy will tell you it’s the angle and lighting, too far away from natural light etc…

I do agree with @Mark1161 the doorbell cam should have at least captured the delivery person once it was near the doorbell cam and even capturing while leaving… If it begun recording late.
Double check your Motion Detection - detection type options.
Connect it to mains power and you should get a setting
What’s ur battery chosen at? Also is it set to home in settings or away
I also had that problem. It was because some door trim was blocking the sensor on one side so it didn’t detect the delivery guy approaching. I changed the doorbell camera mount and it worked.
