How far is it from The camera?

I read that cameras sometimes have trouble tracking things that are moving directly towards them. It will be difficult here but try a slightly different angle if possible.

That models entire job is package detection! Cmon eufy.

Couple things wrong here, it appears the camera is behind a glass door, the motion detection doesn’t work good at all shooting through glass and the detection doesn’t work good coming straight at the camera so its not the camera’s fault its the way its installed.

I positioned my so or faced down more and it started picking people up. I noticed you’re up stairs so you could try having the camera down slightly to get folks in the frame sooner.
