Anybody got any tips on how to connect the chime to the front doorbell camera? Currently upgrading to sky fibre the actual camera doorbell was easy to do but the chime with the exclusion of shouting at it throwing it down the garden andburning it, I’m not a real loss. It just won’t connect connection just always dropped out.. Any help would be appreciated
“The correct answer is that you must press the sync button for at least 10 seconds until you hear a tone. This is wrong in the description, because it says it only needs 2 seconds.
I almost threw it in the trash because I thought it wasn’t working anymore. Luckily I didn’t and found out in time.
So hold it for at least 10 seconds, if you do that, it will work.”
If this not solving the problem than check if your router combines the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. If necessary, temporarily disable the 5GHz
