Anyone able to help ? Not letting me set up the storage I’ve tried reformatting but it says successful and still says the same. Anyone able to help

Double check to see if the HomeBase3 firmware is up to date.

Try reinserting/reinstalling the hard drive.

If you’re able to, connect the hard drive to your PC to test if the drive functions properly.
