anyone have a solution to this issue: when i download a recording from my cloud onto my phone, the sound is perfect. transfer the recording to a computer and try to play it… the sound is barely heard and i have the volume maxed out. it’s weird that the audio for recordings are perfect when viewing the recording from my phone but as soon as I try to view recording from another device the quality of the audio changes drastically. and it’s not just one recording it is all recordings. 
and I need the audio to at least play loud enough that the person on it can be understood
