App not showing events?

Something is wrong and I can’t view the events at all. It’s saying that phone isn’t connected to the internet which is not true. Help!

Same thing is happening to me! I thought my internet was the issue.

It is Eufy server issue again

It was Wyze same problem a few days ago
But at least Wyze has pop up notice to users that they have problem and ETA fix time

Same here. App will not pull up any events at all.

Same here. I am getting a message “phone is not connected to the internet”. Started happening today.

Mine is the same but says “Bad Gateway”.

Getting Bad Gateway message and have tried accessing via different devices. Is there an update from Eufy or are we just to assume it’s a server overload issue?

Same for me. Not getting events or notifications.

I was having the same issue. Not sure if it was a fix, or just fortunate timing, but I got it resolved by disconnecting from Ethernet and allowing the Home Base 2 to connect via WiFi.
