When I attempt to donate human events, for AI Enhancement, it will not download. I have left it over night and it still states 1/9 as pictured. I have the must updated app version. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still no success. Anyone else having this issue?
Hi, I haven’t tried donating that many at the same time, one or three at the same time, why don’t you try donating two of them to test if they’ll go through.
That was a good idea however that did not work either. Thank you for the suggestion.
When you’re watching a recorded event, on the bottom there is a donate button, it still goes towards / uploads to the Enhance My AI program.
Try doing one that way to see if it’s successful.

Check the eufy apps permissions in your cell phones settings to see if they match mine.

When you first attempted to donate on the Enhance My AI screen, did a agreement pop up to the terms?
Maybe try clearing the eufy apps cache in your phone’s settings.
I just cleared the cache however it still will not download.
Hmmm. This is a mystery… If your phone is connected to your home’s Wi-Fi when you try to donate, try turning your Wi-Fi off so that you’re using your service providers data instead just to test out it’s not a Wi-Fi issue.
Tried it off home WiFi no luck. Tried it on work WiFi no luck. Tried it just on cellular network still no luck.
um…. OKAY then. It’s definitely safe to say that I am jealous because I cannot for the life of me donate more than one at a time. I’ve done everything I read to do on the rules/details for being able to donate more than one. So seeing that you are able to even make it successfully to the location to do so, makes me super jelly of you! lol! If anyone with an iPhone wants to help me, I’d love you forever!
