Are the sleep ear buds comfortable? I feel like it would be difficult to sleep with ear buds in your ears if you sleep with your ear facing down into the pillow.

They are remarkably comfortable. They are coated in a soft plastic and use an even softer silicone for little “ears” to hold them in place. I have used other sleep ear buds but they weren’t nearly as comfortable as these.

I’ve used both the A20 & A30 sleep buds. Both are very comfortable for side sleepers like me.
