As a person who suffers from PTSD, the Soundcore Sleep A30 Special, have been a dream come true. I have a bunch of different Soundcore earbuds but these are my go to buds for sleep. I used to suffer from horrible nightmares and night terrors at least 5 times a week, but since I discovered these earbuds, I can honestly say that I no longer have any. I guess by using them and listening to calming stories or the different kinds of “Calm” sounds, or even an audiobook, my subconscious focuses on what I’m listening to therefore not allowing the nightmares to enter. Of course I’m not a scientist or a doctor, just a regular person who’s had nightmares for as long as I can remember and not even prescribed medications have worked. But from the very first time I wore these, the nightmares have stopped and I have no other explanation for this. So I’m going to go ahead and give thanks to Soundcore for finally allowing me to get some restful sleep You’ve earned this customer for life.
