Attempted burglary, at least the cars were locked. I don’t understand why AI-Tracking is not working. I really, really hope Eufy fixes this defect.

Have you always had problems? Or is it a recent issue? I ask because it seems like I always have some sort of an issue after updates. And eufy updates are silent and forced, so you may not even know there’s been one… You may want to check…
I’d say it’s been sporadic issues since we got the devices 8 months ago. It seems that if you walk slow enough the camera will follow, but if you are moving quickly it does not.
Could it be a setting, my E30 has a rotation speed setting. Only set it up yesterday haven’t changed that but noticed cars speeding by are a blur.
I don’t think so, my wife went outside and walked past the camera and it tracked just fine but had to walk at a slower speed for it to happen. When she walked past quickly, it stopped panning.
You could try just to see, under pan tilt settings (E30 anyway). Just to see if changing the rotate speed makes a difference, I would be inclined to think that if it’s set to rotate at a slower speed than people and objects are moving that it couldn’t keep up.

Im late but yes i just installed it today. (S340) and it does have the speed setting. Like the other said. Maybe try that. And test it out for every speed. And see which works best. But im sure this would use more power im guessing. And its probably why its set to medium from factory. (Speed Level 4)
