Audio problem eufycam 2CPro

Hey there, is the sound of your two Eufy Cams PRO also so bad / quiet?
With my normal 2C, you can even hear people talking on the street while walking by, with my new 2C Pro Version, you hardly understand anything and the people are standing directly under the cam.
Both 2CPro cams are having the same Audio issue.

Very annoying !!

Have you tried adjusting the audio settings for the cameras? If all else send support a message and they can further help you.

What audio settings? There’s mic on/off and 3 volume levels for the speaker. Yet the base has volume sliders? Blasphemy
