I bought the latest solar outdoor camera. it totally doesn’t work as advertised so I didn’t return in around a week after receiving it eventually my experience to get my money back is horrible I got nothing till today after they’ve promised me many times that I will get refund within 5-7 business days and till now??? I will share screenshots from the conversation between me and eufy hoping that everyone can see it before dealing with eafy hopefully eufy don’t delete my review or my uploaded photos
