I got offered the beta program through the app, partially filled in the form and went out to take a photo of where I’d site a test camera. Now the form is gone - any idea how I get it back please?

Same thing just happened to me when opening Eufy App first thing waking up at 5AM.
Within 12 hours it was gone. How ironic their Black Friday promotions and other annoying surveys will linger for 3-4 days at least.

Same here. I started to fill the form in, but had to wait until I got home to take a photo. They can’t be that keen for us to help them!
