I hate that!! People think just because it’s near the curb it’s free. If you think it might be go knock on a couple doors first and ask if it’s there. if not bring it to the police station maybe it was stolen from somewhere else. some kid is sad because there bike is gone. If nobody claims it after a certain time usually they will let you have it. Have respect for other people!
Perhaps a locking chain next go round? Trust is nonexistent these days. Catch perp?
