O was confused at first but watching till the end I see what ur taking about is definitely suspicious

That man was snooping around and he doesn’t live in the building. In my other camera he is walking from the building across. There is nothing for him to be looking at by that car other than the laundry vent. No one in the building has seen him before. There has been several thefts including 3 Hondas stolen the year prior
