Not nice this would make me so mad 
if it happened to me
It’s just so brazen and infuriating! This happens so often here in St Louis, in all types of neighborhoods and to all types of cars. My parents have taken their cars for repairs to the same mechanic a mi. down the street for 40 years without incident until a few mos ago when the same kinds of characters stole my mom’s car right off his lot, in broad daylight, before he could pull it into the shop’s bay. They were just waiting, watching and essentially stalking (hunting!) in order to carry out their quick heist. Don’t they ever stop to think about the basics of life we learned in Kdg? : 1) to not touch others or their stuff and to treat others the way they want to be treated?! (that “Golden Rule”!)
or 2) that every action has a reaction and that whether it will be Karma or legal consequences, that s#+T is going to catch up to them?! Wondering if they stopped giving out brains at the nurseries or if it’s simply that civilization, as we’ve known it, will soon be endangered, then extinct, as we regress to an absence of civility in our communities. 
Smh! 
It’s GOTTA get better, right? Maintaining this outlook, even with more than a tinge of self-doubt, is the only way I keep my sanity
