I cannot change the setting of the outdoor cam c22. I see the video, I get the audio but I always get an error message that I cannot connect to the camera even though I am connected. Any suggestions on how to fix? So far restarted the device, deleted the camera and reinstalled after factory reset. deleted app and reinstalled app. Still cannot change the settings.
