Bought and installed a C33 lock without problem. Trying to navigate the phone app is where I am having problems, a lot of it is very unintuative. The handle will lock automatically at the specified time but will not unlock at the at the specified time and must be opened by the inside lever to unlock the outside lever.
The more concerning problem is I can only set one person or profile to have wifi control of the lock. I can lock or unlock the unit remotely with my phone app but I can’t set up remote access for my wife which is totally ridiculous.
