Would the camera normally track the car as it goes straight past?

Try resetting the tracking speed?
The vehicle detection and tracking AI isn’t the best.

See if it helps. Might also try turning it off and back on and see if there’s an improvement.
Also make sure AI tracking is on, not sure how mine just got turned off. My cameras is an E30, but I’ve got a feeling they have similar settings.
