Camera notifications long delay

I have had this security system for more than a year and since last week the notification is getting worse as the days go by it now takes more than 5 minutes to notify me that someone is in my back yard and the sensors on windows and doors are opened or closed. It is no good speaking to the useless customer support because to date they have not fixed any of my problems. The way things are now with notification a thief would be long gone before the so called security system tell me there is someone on the property, I am again having to say I am so sorry the I invested money in this useless piece of equipment.

Try turning your router off for 5 mins or rest it, if it’s getting worse as the day goes on it could be your broadband, it don’t sound like it’s eufy problem to be fair. Could also try resetting all your gear, you haven’t said you have tried to look at the problem so hope this advise helps you. :+1:t2:

@Kear house thank you for your reply and to say I have done everything you have suggested and my router get rebooted on a weekly basis and I am on a very fast broadband and wifi speed, this problem has only recently popped it’s head up so going on my experience with Eufy support I am reluctant to contact them because they work from a set form when trying to sort customers problems. I have to once again that I regret getting this security system which worked very well until someone decided to push a camera update in September 2021 and since then problems started.
