Can anyone suggest how to enhance this video to see this attack more clearly to identify the attacker? The stalker has done this over ten times since the end of October. There must be a better way to capture her attacks. Please help.

Need motion flood light to light her up so camera can get a better video. To dark as it is.

Turn the light on and color night vision recording. Maybe an additional motion light for the area
You need the S3 PRO with colour night vision
I’d have another camera down low, maybe in front of the car somewhere concealed!
You mean edit brightness afterwards?
Suggest pir sensor and flood light this will lighten up the area and you can capture a better video 
Motion Alarm with sirens would scare them off
Definitely turn your alarm on the camera on and maybe a floodlight camera
Are they filming it on their phone? As others have said, if your camera has the floodlight feature turn it on, or your could turn the other light off, so the night vision works better. At the minute the other light is giving just enough light off, to not trigger the night vision, but it’s causing shadows.
You could also wait in the boot with a baseball bat.
Add another motion lights towards the right side of the car
You could get a solar light to put in that area or even a battery light with motion sensor

Park your car so both sides are lit
Enable longer recording
turn on the light night mode
