Once the events are deletedthey are not accessible. They may persist for some time on your storage before the background process actually removes them, but there is no way to access the files once marked for deletion. Because they are encrypted.
The only exception is if the video was on a removable SD card, in which case data recovery software on a computer might restore it if not yet overwritten.
