It is not scanning the wifi QR code on the phone
I had an agent tell me you can’t link these two. 
Homebase 2 only backs up the doorbell. You would need to get SD card for your eufycam 2.
Does it give you an error message? Or does it just not see it? Does the QR code look normal and not scratched or misprinted? ( don’t post a pic )
Also… have you tried it with different lighting?
You need to change WiFi from 5ghz to 2.4ghz do this on your phone then add new devices through app on your mobile phone
