Can someone tell me why the image keeps switching between infrared and Pure Colour. I’ve got it set to default infrared and the light turned down to 1, but it still switches.
How do I get it to stay on the setting I want and stop switching?

Yes I agree, try resetting the camera. Unplug it. And wait a few minutes and start over and try that, it should clear up if not…call EUFY’s customer service number and get a replacement camera. Those are under warranty.
In the spotlight settings, turn off auto spotlight.
If you want to record in color turn off auto night vision.
