Can’t find homebase

Hello,
After first installation decided to move to APPLE HOME with the HomeBase 2 and 2C camera’s but this failed, wanted to go back to Eufy app but can’t install the HomeBase 2 anymore, apps tells it can;t be connected. Did several resets, plugs out etc but no luck. Anyone experienced this before and what can be the solution ?

Found the reason, was connected to a router while the mobile device had connection through the MESH. Connected HomeBase 2 with MESH and it worked.
