I recently purchased a video doorbell, but I am unable to add the device to the Eufy app. Each time I type in the QR code, I get a popup message saying the app has stopped. I have been trying for days and I get the same failure result.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it has caused another problem: The app refuses to let me login, putting me in an infinite loop of requesting what country I am located in after I type in my password. As a result, I had to create a new account using an alternate email address. And I still cannot add my device to the app.
I am currently using the latest EufySecurity app, version V4.2.5.1321.
Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
