People say to click on the “three bars” next to your name to generate Safety PIN. My phone App has a circle next to my name. Any ideas?

I believe that circle is where you can put your profile picture tapping on that should bring you to the settings page you can also swipe left to right to bring up that page then go down to settings >security>web portal to generate your safety pin
