Changing of modes

Anybody else have this issue I have a tilt and pan camera every second night without fail it changes it’s mode from away home back to away for no apparent reason eufy send me a new camera and this one does the same they have pushed it on to their expects who can offer nothing in way of explanation it just seems to be in the too hard box for them
