Check and or change WIFI to Home base 3 on

I have a dual camera double security doorbell S330. It missed a UPS driver dropping box and is challenging get a live view. I replaced the transformer per spec the doorbell was/is fully charged and showing good power. The home base is about 12 feet away in a closet from the doorbell as is the WIFI router. Not sure why it’s not connecting to live view or catching movement literally smack in front of it? Thanks!
