I have just joined the Eufy cloud.
I have images going back just over a week that I cannot delete. I select them and delete, but when I return to the date they have returned.
What am I doing wrong?

Unfortunately, Eufy’s cloud storage system does not currently offer a direct option to delete all videos at once through the Eufy Security app or web portal. Based on available information, here are the key points and steps you can consider:
In the Eufy Security app, you can delete videos by navigating to the “Events” section. You can select all videos for a specific day and delete them by tapping the trash can icon. However, this process must be repeated for each day individually, which can be tedious.* No Bulk Delete Feature:
Multiple users have reported on community forums that there is no built-in feature to bulk delete videos across multiple days or all videos at once from Eufy’s cloud storage.
Suggestions for such a feature have been raised in Eufy’s community forums, but as of the latest available information, it has not been implemented.
Videos stored in Eufy’s cloud (AWS servers) are retained for 30 days before being automatically deleted and replaced by new recordings. If you want to clear videos before this period, you must delete them manually as described above.
Note that cloud-stored videos are encrypted and can only be accessed via the Eufy Security app, with no bulk download or deletion option available.
If you want to clear all videos and essentially “reset” your cloud storage, you could consider removing all cameras from your Eufy account in the app. This may disassociate the videos from your account, but it’s not guaranteed to delete them immediately from the cloud. Be cautious, as this could affect your ability to access videos if a camera is stolen or disconnected.
Another option is to let the 30-day retention period expire, allowing videos to be automatically deleted, though this doesn’t provide an immediate solution.
Recommendation: For now, the fastest manual approach is to delete videos day by day in the app. To avoid future hassle, consider switching to local storage (e.g., microSD card or HomeBase), where you can format the storage to clear all videos at once.
