What a putz! I’d be upset about that too. Totally improper driving maneuver.
Contact Amazon and they will reimburse you for any cost in the repair of your lawn.
I had an incident with them where their driver made a k turn in front of my home and the rear bumper of the van ripped out a section of my lawn.
I guess they don’t know how to back up down the driveway. backup camera was probably broken so many can’t drive backwards without it
