If I took this to court I am more then sure I would win without a doubt
I caught the illegal entry on camera witch clearly shows who entered with date time
I even left money out in a visible place that she decided to take as well witch she admitted to taking the next day and returned to me proving she is not only entering my apartment but she is doing so to steal my money

I would forward this to the police immediately and get a report in case anything goes missing!
I thought it was illegal for a landlord to enter a residence of a residences Rental without a 24 hr notice unless an agreement or a safety or mechanical maintenance issue is involved! I would ask them if you feel that you are feeling like your Landlord is being soupy or in your residence when you’re not at home or without you knowing about them in your Rental Property! It might make them think about not taking liberty of just helping them selves and invading your personal space and your home it’s not their home it’s the landlord’s property it’s your home once you have a lease or a rental agreement!
