Creepy landlord enters my apartment when I’m not home
Had a peek in the fridge to see if there was anything she wanted before she left
I’ve asked her and her husband not to enter my apartment when I’m not home for years and they did not listen #Noprivacy#Stayoutofmyhome#Exposed
Before you confront her, consider how comfortable she looked. She’s done it before. Maybe save the videos of her unlawful intrusions in case you need them when she does something worse. Right now, she feels smarter than you. Right now, she’s not shutting the power off and deactivating the cameras before she wanders into your place.
If you’re renting, you don’t have money to retain an attorney. So maybe that’s what you would do as a renter. But most people who rent don’t have means for an attorney
If there is a case for a lawsuit the renter wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket the lawyer gets a cut of the suit and the defendant has to pay court fees
No she just came in and looked around when she knew I was not home
this was happening the entire time I lived there so I decided to get a camera to have the proof
she also stole money from my home a day after this video was taken and when I confronted her she gave it back
Her and her husband were entering my apartment for years without my knowledge or consent
I set up a go pro 2 years ago and caught her husband come down when I was in the washroom stand outside the door for a min listen to me then sneak back upstairs hoping I did not notice him
I have a copy of that recording on a sd card
I did confront her and she completely denied she entered my apartment without my consent
I Shower her the video evidence of her coming into my unit and she accused me of trying to torture her or say bad things about her to make her look bad
With all due respect I did not ask you to completely breach my privacy and enter my home without my permission making me feel all my possessions are not safe
I feel she did not care she was on surveillance and felt she could lie her way out if questioned at a later date
The thing that worries me most is the blank stare in her eye and the way she sneaks around
It’s sad to think you pay thousands of dollars to someone to have a place to feel safe in you can call home and people like this feel since your renting their basement they are free to enter the unit anytime they please
I think it was a bit of a rush or thrill to sneak around my unit without my knowledge when I was not home
