Sorry but no, she’s not taking a photo. I took your advice and watched carefully. That light is shining on the ground before we see that flash, she’s using her phone as a flashlight. If you watch closely and carefully you’ll notice the ground lights up a bit as she’s stepping…

I’m agreeing with the flashlight theory. Night vision is sensitive to the flashlight.

There is a street light just across from my home so she wouldn’t need her flash light also she posted it on social media
