so much of this going on it’s just so annoying. should be a automatic imprisonment if caught on camera. The video should be enough evidence no trial required
This is someone miss delivering a package, their phone told them that the photo doesn’t look right and they turned around and grabbed it to take to the correct address (hopefully).
