I’m a big fan of your products and wanted to share an idea that I think would set eufy apart in the dash cam market. Many drivers—including myself—find wiring a rear dash cam to be a major hassle. It’s not just time-consuming; in some vehicles, running wires to the rear can even void warranties or damage interior trim.
I’d love to see eufy develop a truly wireless rear dash cam that connects to the front camera via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, eliminating the need for a physical cable between the two. I realize the main challenge is powering the rear camera, but perhaps a rechargeable battery, solar panel, or removable battery pack could be considered. Even a solution that allows for easy battery swaps would be a huge improvement.
A wireless rear camera would make installation much easier, especially for people who lease, rent, or frequently change vehicles. It would also appeal to DIYers and anyone who wants a clean, professional look without risking their car’s warranty.
