There is sandpaper on tape that should be put on steps to stop this from happening. Can be purchased at local hardware or trailer rental or supplies

oh no Hopefully you are alright. the whip lash and hitting your head I felt your pain I did that last year hit my head so hard. Make sure you don’t have a concussion don’t take any chances
