Disappearing videos

I have 2 x 4G S330 cameras (WiFi enabled) and 1TB S380 Homebase. These have been installed for 3 weeks and I had all my recordings available to view up until yesterday. All these appear to have disappeared from the ‘events’ section even after swiping down to refresh they still don’t appear. The homebase still shows the usage correctly so I assume they are still saved but I just can’t view them.
Anyone else having this problem and know the solution?

I have a home base 3 + cam E330, I have not seen the 24/24 recordings for 7 days and they don’t even notify me of movements. In the events section it always tells me “no video”. I contacted support but they haven’t answered me yet :smiling_face_with_tear:

I’ve just carried out a ‘restart’ on the Home unit and after a few minutes all my recordings came back :partying_face:
